How We Score Day Use Hotels
A day use room is a hotel room booked for a few hours instead of a night. People use them between flights, after checking out, or when they need a private space for the afternoon. This page explains how we rank them, so you can judge the lists yourself.
The five signals
Every hotel on our lists sells day use rooms through a public booking site. We pull the same data for each one and score it the same way. No hotel is judged on anything a guest cannot check.

What money cannot buy
No hotel pays for a position. There is no sponsored slot and no advertising on these lists.
A hotel moves up by earning better reviews from real guests. That is the only way up.
