By booking a massage or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both our clients and our therapists, and to ensure a safe and respectful experience for all parties.

1. Nature of Services

Indy Massage Bangkok provides professional, non medical massage services for relaxation, stress relief, and general wellness. We do not provide medical advice or therapy. All services are strictly therapeutic and legal under Thai law.

2. Booking & Eligibility

• Clients must be 18 years or older to book.
• Services are available only at secure, accessible hotels or condos within our delivery area.
• We reserve the right to decline service based on safety, location, or prior client history.

3. Payment Policy

All payments must be made in full and in cash before the massage begins. Therapists are instructed not to start service until cash is received. We do not accept digital payments, transfers, or pay later methods.

Refunds will not be issued for services rendered.

4. Cancellations & No Shows

• Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so we can update the therapist before she travels to your hotel or condo.
• Cancellations made at least 3 hours before the session are free. There is no cancellation fee if the therapist has not started traveling yet.
• If the therapist is already on the way, arrives at your location, or cannot enter because of an incorrect hotel name, room number, phone number, or visitor policy issue, a cancellation fee may apply to cover her time, transport, and any bookings she turned away.
• No shows may be refused for future bookings.
• To cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp.

5. Client Conduct

• All clients must behave respectfully and professionally during the session.
• Any inappropriate, illegal, or sexual behavior will result in immediate termination without refund, and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Therapists reserve the right to leave if they feel unsafe or disrespected. No refund will be issued.
• Clients who are heavily intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will not receive service.
• Clients with infectious conditions, open skin conditions, or fever should reschedule. Please do not book while unwell.
• Photography or video recording of therapists without their explicit consent is not permitted.
• Contacting therapists directly outside the booking channel is not permitted.

6. Legal Compliance

Indy Massage Bangkok complies fully with Thai law. No sexual or illegal services are offered or tolerated. Any requests for such services will result in immediate refusal and blacklisting.

7. Service Area & Location Rules

Our service area includes hotels, condos, and private residences across Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Pattaya. Some buildings or neighborhoods may be excluded for safety or access reasons. Clients are responsible for ensuring their location allows outside therapist access.

8. Arrival Windows & ETA Estimates

Any quoted arrival time, including 20-40 minute messaging for central Bangkok, is an average estimate and not a guaranteed deadline. Actual arrival depends on therapist proximity, traffic, weather, building access, elevator or lobby procedures, and third party transport conditions at the time of booking.

The booking team confirms the best available ETA before a therapist is on the way. Clients are responsible for sharing accurate location details, access instructions, and any hotel or condo visitor requirements that could affect arrival timing.

9. Responsibility Waiver

Clients must provide a clean, safe, and private space for massage. Indy Massage Bangkok is not responsible for injuries due to preexisting conditions, unsafe environments, or actions beyond our control, including hotel policies or third party disruptions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will first be handled through direct discussion. If unresolved, they are subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a massage with Indy Massage Bangkok, you confirm you understand and agree to all terms listed above. These policies may be updated at any time and are considered binding once published.
