Aroma vs Oil Massage: Which Should I Book?
Both use oil. But they feel very different. This page helps you pick the right one before you book.
What Is the Difference?
Aroma oil massage uses a blend of essential oils mixed into the base oil. Lavender, jasmine, eucalyptus. The scent fills the room. The pressure is light to medium. It works on your mood as much as your muscles.
Regular oil massage uses a neutral carrier oil with no added scent. The focus is purely physical. Firmer pressure is possible. Better for targeting a specific area that hurts.

| Best for | Stress, mood reset, relaxation | Muscle pain, tension, recovery |
